Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Pack Items Properly
Pack all items in the original packaging. Items bought as sets must be returned as sets.

Fill the Return Form
Fill in the return request form attached to the order.

Attach Proof of Purchase
Attach a copy of the sales receipt and specify your preferred refund method (postal order or bank transfer).

Send the Parcel
Send the parcel to the address provided by our support team.

Notify Us
After sending the parcel, please inform us by emailing sales@sokokuu.africa.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without stating a reason within 8 calendar days from the date of receiving the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. Items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return items, customers must provide proof of purchase and complete the return request form.
Returning or Exchanging Defective Items
Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and request rectification within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receiving the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. This does not apply to defects caused by improper handling of the items by the customer.
Customers have the right to refuse defective items and request a refund. In such cases, items must be returned in their original condition with factory labels and ready-for-sale properties intact.
To return defective items, please submit proof of purchase and complete the return request form.
